• Pok Pok in Portland, Oregon

A friend recommend Pok Pok and the restaurant didm't disappoint.  After living in Asia for 6 years visiting Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, etc - I felt like I was back at home in Asia.

The wait staff is excellent - recommending the wings to start.  Yum!  Highly recommend Pok Pok.  Will have to try their restaurants in NYC.

Ming Kee Dai Pai Dong 明記大排檔 Wanchai, Hong Kong

My favorite Dai Paid Dong in Hong Kong - "Ming Kee".  Dinner last night with Ted.  Beijing pork chops, spicy fried fresh shrimp and fried green beans with chili's.  It's a pity the HK government has banned the outdoor tables/seating, especially considering no cars drive by.  Why not close the street instead and help/support the neighborhood?

Himalaya Restaurant Wanchai, Hong Kong

Great Indian/Nepalese dinning in Wanchai.  The steps as you head upstairs to the restaurant look a bit tired but don't let that stop you...the food is excellent.
